Dependent visa for Spouse (changing from sponserd WP to HSMP

Hi,

Could any one help me in this regard??

Currently I am in Sponsored WP valid until Nov' 2008. I have got my spouse and daughter in dependent visa.

They are going to India for vocation and will come back in Sep'2008.

Meanwhile I am planning to apply for HSMP (changing my visa status from Work permit to HSMP).

Will my family can travel back to UK with their Work permit dependent visa? If so, Can I apply for HSMP dependent visa for my family once they arrived in UK?

or Should I need to apply for a new HSMP dependent visa for them from India?
