Thanks Sanii for your reply, I actually received my approval letter with old TDs just today morning. Lol.

Time line:

Applied online 6th April
Sent documents day after
Received Acknowledgment letter 11 May
Approval letter received 7th July dated 5th July
TD yet to receive.

I found this site after I made my application and realised I can't figure out when to receive my td. below is timeline of my application.

Application & docs posted: 20 April 2018
Acknowledgement letter received: 25 May 2018

Yet to receive my td, not sure when but after reading some of the timelines here it could be late July / early Aug. I'll update when I receive it.

I have received my renewed travel document today. However, I have noticed that there's no list of visa free countries like it was in old one.

Do we have to obtain visas now?

I'm a first-time applicant, my lawyer sent my documents on the 20/03.
I'm still waiting for my TD.
It's already past the 70 working days.
I hope we won't wait any longer.

Hello there thanks for the reply, I applied 28th February waited 70days once the 70 days passed I Kept calling them emails after email. 92 days later I received This email today saying Please be advised that a package has been despatched by second class post.

Apply :17.04.18
Acknowledgment:21.05.18
Get new TD:11.07.18 dated 06.07.18

Old TD and decision letter didn’t get May be tomorrow I recived old one

hello everyone,
iam new at this site. Iam in problem, if any one can help me or give me any idea.
i got my ilr (refugee settlement) on 7th march, 2018. before this time i had refugee visa (5 years + travel document blue one 1951 genava convention)
when i got my ILR in march, i talked to a solicitor, which travel document i need to apply. he said, certificate of travel (black). i applied online application and pay fee 267£ online and send my all originals documents to them on 13th march, 2018. then i got to know i applied wrong one. i need to apply conventional travel document. then i talked to a very famous solicitor (farhani javaid taylor), that send a letter via post to travel document department, please cancel old application and he is applying new one (with photocopies of my documents). i send them new form and photo copies on 21st march, 2018. home office took 72£ on 27th march, 2018.
7th may, 2018 (date 3rd may, 2018) i received acknowledgement. from that time to today's date, iam waiting of my new travel document as well as my all original documents. its been 110 normal days today. iam very worried. please any one can help. please..

Documents received by HO: 30 April (I posted with delay)
No acknowledgement received
Supporting documents and old TD received: 11 July
New TD received: 12 July

i have applied my TD first time on 21/05/2018 been waiting for it since . i received acknowledge saying this:
your appplication is now in queue for a caseworker to consider . ''we aim to complet 98% of application cases within 70working days, although this is not always possible for a number of reasons. if your BRP card has been submitted with your application, this is being returned with this letter as its no longer required.''

so since the 21/05 i applied i received the letter of acknlge included with my BRP in it today 14/07/2018 ,thats almost 2months

does that mean i will have to wait another 70working days starting from today? or is my TD on the way as i received my BRP?

please someone help me.
