Necessisity of Police registration.

Hi,

I am an Indian on HSMP visa since 2004. Do me and my family members need to register with police and require to present police registration certificate when applying for ILR?

Yes only if your VISA says so (check your passport) - this is highly unlikely though.

My passport only says 'Visa- Highly Skilled Migrant Programme'
and 'No Recourse to Public Fund'.
Nothing mentioned on visa stamp about police registration.
