Is Tier1 dependent eligible to work?

Hi,

If we get Tier1(general) High skilled visa along with the dependent(spouse) can the dependent is eligible to work?

Also can we get the visa for parents as dependent like HSMP


No where i found the above 2 in Tier1 new rules.

You would have found your answers on this forum .... only if you had made an effort to search.

Anyhow, here's the answers:
1. Dependent is allowed to work full-time.
2. No. Only spouse and dependent children (I think under 18 ) are considered depenedents under HSMP/Tier 1.
