HSMP - Income Tax

I'm planning to apply HSMP from Pakistan, my finance department has issued a letter to me on company letter head contant showed that company has deducted income tax from my salary and deposited to FBR. Further they informed as per new policy from FBR ... this letter is enough for employee no need any form or stamped by FBR.

Please advise...if someone knows the current FBR policy/company letter works.
