Dependent children of tier 4 pilot visa

Hello! I'm planning to take a 1-year masters course at a university that offers the tier4 pilot visa scheme.
I plan to have my dependents with me (my husband, and my daughters 9,7,3). My question is: would my daughters be eligible to study at all local schools for free, or would there be a certain fee required?
