I m the non-eea ; my eea wife and our baby 're now in uk since one week.

Provided your marriage is recognised by UK law and your EEA citizen spouse is exercising treaty rights in the UK (working, seeking work, etc), your right to reside in the UK flow from the marriage and the birth of a child does not make a difference.

In which country did you get married? And how is your EEA citizen spouse exercising treaty rights?

We married in Tunisia, and she just move to uk before week with the baby.

We know each other since 2013 from chatting then we got married in 2015, whe have our baby (10 months) now my wife eea national with our baby in uk since one week.
Did i need an interview and proof our relation with different documents such as photos tickets... Or certified translated marriage contract is enough ?

Your EEA citizen wife will need to start exercising treaty rights (working, seeking work, being self-sufficient, etc) within three months of moving to the UK.

If she plans on exercising treaty rights by being self-sufficient, be aware that all non-British family members (i.e. she, you and the baby) will need comprehensive sickness insurance (aka private health insurance).
