Tier 2 main applicant change of Sponsor while Dependent Visa is under process

Hello Gurus,

I am current sponsored with one company and my wife applied for Dependent VISA extension last week (postal application). Now I got selected for another job and new employer is willing to sponsor me. New sponsor wants me to go for premium (one day) visa. Below is my query:

1. Can I switch my VISA to new employer when my dependent visa is under process?

2. Will this affect my wife's visa, as I gave details of my current sponsor and funds maintenance letter from current sponsor?

3. If I switch to new sponsor, do I need to provide any additional documentation for my wife’s visa?
If yes: what, where and to whom I need to provide this

Urgent help needed, as my new sponsor want to book a premium slot for next week.

2. Will this affect my wife's visa, as I gave details of my current sponsor and funds maintenance letter from current sponsor? her visa end date will just follow your new tier 2 visa, also the new fund maintenance letter from new employer.

If yes: what, where and to whom I need to provide this
You can post a cover letter to explain you are applying new Tier 2 visa with new COS letter and fund maintenance letter from new employer to the same address as her did postal application. Just remember to provide reference number from the HO so they can match your wife application.

so only two things: how long is your new Tier 2 visa? extension more than 3 years are different price than up to 3 years.

and, you would expect that she won't get the decision until you have the outcome of yours.
