letter of accomodation

Post by moluska » Sun May 04, 2008 11:34 pm

Hello you all,

I am applying for a student visa here in Brazil to study in Uk in September 2008.I am preparing my visa student form and I have some questions and doubts aout accomodation.

During the year I will be with a friend and have free accomodation at his house in Uk. I am in doubt how it can be put and declared in a "letter of accomodation" and which documentations are necessary to be presented in this case.

If anyone of you have some other ideas or even the model o model of a letter of acomodation I would be thankful.

My brazilian girlfriend is living with me in the UK on a student visa and it was very difficult for her to obtain so I have experience of this process.

Your friend needs to send you a letter of sponsorship, clearly stating what acomodation is being offered, the relationship they have to you, some evidence of the accomodation, and the accomodation cannot be overcrowded. If the accomodation is rented, then permission from the Landlord might also be required.

It would help if you offer a little more information of your situation.

What is the relationship between you and your friend ?

What course are you going to follow ?

What is your current educational background ?

What is your age ?

Do you have enough money to support yourself ?

Did you pay for the course yourself ?
