Tier 1-Limited Company Earnings

Hi,

My HSMP visa is expiring in June. I will be applying for extension under new Tier 1 Highly Skilled Migrant visa. I have been working under a limited compnay which I manage day-to-day. Please could someone advise whether the following is sufficient in proving earnings:

Personal Bank Statement showing net salary and net dividends.
I can get a letter from my accountant stating my net salary and dividends to corroborate the payments coming through in my bank account.

I also have the following:
a) unaudited financial statements
b) company tax return prepared by my tax accountant (though official tax remitance from Tax Authority has not been received).
c) company bank satements for the period claimed

Please advise if this is sufficient evidence to support my earnings.

I have called various visa agencies but they are charging a fortune for their services.
