how do I reapply fresh applic without original HSMP letter !

how do I reapply fresh applic without original HSMP letter !

Hi ppl,

My EC got refused 12th May 08 and I have a chance to ask for Adminitrative review. However, because they refused it for 3 months maintenance clause I think I wud reapply after three months now.

But, my HSMP is still with the BHC. How do i apply without Original HSMP letter.

Please Help !

Simply use the photocopy. They will consider that.
