Missed application time!!

Hello guys. If anyone could help me issue or silly things that’s I have done. My wife visa run out 19.10.2018. I thought it was 19.11.2018 so I mixed up the mounth. We are gone apply ILR. I have contacted home office they said try to Citezen advice bro. I spoke with them they said you need level 2 or 3 immigration advisor spoke one of them but he doesn’t know what to do.!! I got 3 child and mums ILR is messed up. Could you please any advice!! Thanks for now

That is unfortunate. You have lost precious time and it's been almost a month.
What is your immigration status at the moment ??

Thanks guys.i am British citizens and my 3 kids British as well. My wife is Turkish citizen.

She might be able to get visa under FLR(FP) in the UK but her ILR is now compromised as she needs another 5 years to qualify :?
I wait until others can comment on this but overstaying affects ILR and citizenship
