URGENT HSMP REQUEST from outside UK

I just wanted to know if anyone has recently applied for "Urgent Treatment" for HSMP. I will apply soon and would like to request urgent. Has anyone put in urgent request in April or May 2008.

I know their website says no urgent requests will be taken, but I just want to know if anyone tried, and what was the outcome.
