im have small company work in IT field

such as

training

troubleshoting os sw/hw

tranlation

desigine network

sell pc

Ok. try to arrange following documents:
1- Proof of business (Registration or Income tax allotment certificate etc)
2- Rent agreement (Rent slips and postage you are recieving here, cash memos, promotional material etc)
3- List of your employees with designations
4- Copy of Enrollment register of those who are getting or got training
5- Some contracts being made with other companies for services
6- A letter of confirmation of account from the manager of that bank where you are maintaining the account for your business
AND.......
Also think for some other documents as you are very much concerned with your business.
