Changing my Refugee status to Spouse visa

Hey,
Can anyone please advise me , i came here 7 years ago on student visa , as my dad already settled here , he sponsored my mum and siblings as they were under 18 and I was above 18 so he couldn’t sponsor me and applied student visa, when visa finished ,my lawyer applied on private life which was refused and I became stateless because of my lawyer and things went out of control than I have been detained for 2weeks and I applied asylum and got refugee status 2yrs ago, last year got married to British Pakistani and Alhumdulillah I have baby now ,I am very scared to apply for spouse visa, it’s a scariest nightmare to become stateless again , can anyone suggest me changing applying spouse visa from refugee is it easy ?

its really depends on what type of refugee leave you got? It’s just says resident permit and refugee leave to remain. 5yrs residence card it doesn’t say any type

well I mean under what circumstances you have been given this refugee status?? for example Political, sex orientation etc
I know for privacy reasons the refugee card does describes under what category the refugee status has been granted.
