The marriage certificate will prove it, so this should not be a problem. Make sure that, if not in English, the marriage certificate is translated by a certified translator.
Do you have CSI? What amount of savings do you have approx - more than £16K?
Your *first* name is different? Why - did you change it, or was a mistake made? Which is your real name?
As a self-sufficient person, you need CSI if you apply for a Registration Certificate before March. If you apply after March for Pre-Settled Status, you don't need CSI.
Do a search for 'buy CSI' on the forum - you will find other posts where this was discussed.
Where are they now, and when are they planning to come? Is your husband applying for a Family Permit, or will he enter the UK in another way?
Yes, normally you would need between £10K and £16K of savings - to show that you won't be a burden on social security by asking for benefits. Per month/per year not relevant.
