Tier 5 Dependent to Tier 2 dependent

Hi,
I am working for the NHS on Tier 2 general visa. My wife came 6 months after me on a tier 5 visa and my daughter came as her dependent. My wife's visa expires in Arp 2020, however my daughter and myself have a valid visa till Feb 2019. I have got a new COS for Tier 2 visa extension from my employer and thinking of applying for my daughter's visa at the same time which will make her Tier 2 dependent. Can I do so or does my daughter need to go back to India and apply for extension as my wife's dependent?
Any advice in this matter would be highly appreciated.
