NARIC Assessment - Medium of Instruction Letter

Hi ,

I am applying for NARIC Assessment. I have studied in an autonomous college. I am unsure from whom should i get the MOI signed?. Also i have Medium of Instruction detailed in transcript, still do i need an MOI?

Please can you hep me on this
