UK Immigration from Non-EU Country

Good afternoon,

I would like some help regarding a visa application.
I am an EU citizen and have been living in the UK for the last 4 and a half years. I recently got married with somebody from the Philippines and it's in a way confusing trying to figure out what type of visa we need to apply for.
Obviously the intention is for my wife to have permanent residency here in the UK and also work permit.
Any tips, hints or anything I shoud focus on?
Also, what is the correct visa that we need to apply for? I tried contacting the GOV website and asked for a quotation and they just confused me even more.
Any help would be appreciated.
