Which category-flr fp?

Dear all,

I'm new to this forum and I've got a question that I hope dear forum members can give an insight.

I have limited leave outside the rules based on a British child (exceptional circumstances). The leave is due for renewal and I just wanted to ask under which category of flr (fp) should I extend?

-Private life in the UK (10 year route)
-Leave outside the rules on the basis of family or private life

(I'm married and living together with my wife who's also extending her stay on the same basis)

Thanks for taking your time to answer my question...much appreciated. I was 'sort of' inclined to think as much, but the ambiguity surrounding these questions make everything look complicated  + better be sure than sorry.

And if I could ask...just these two questions, sorry if they seem rather obvious.. I'm I meant to fill in?
-section 7 (partner details) or is this just for those on the partner route.
-section 8 (family life as a parent)

I need some help please.
Section 11 of the FLR FP form asks the following question:-

'Is there any other information concerning you or your family which you'd line to be considered as part of your application?'

It doesn't say it's mandatory and I'm wondering whether someone can leave it unanswered. There's neither a follow up question for a 'Yes' or 'No' answer.

What would be the implications of a 'Yes or 'No answer? Could someone kindly enlighten me on this please. Thanks.
