EEA FM Section 2

Dear All
As a EU member do we have to fill in Section 2 of EEA FM form if we are adding non-EU family member to its application? We are a bit confused whether to fill or not Section 2. Who is the sponsor of myself would be me. Confused!!

What's your situation? Are you a non-EEA FM applying for a Residence Card, and is the EEA citizen applying at the same time for a Registration Certificate?

Section 2 is relative to the Sponsor - this section has to be completed in cases when the non-EEA FM is applying for a Residenve Card without the sponsor applying at the same time for a Registration Certificate.
