25 short to reach 10 year ILR

Hi.i am new to this forum.it looks really helpful.
I got a some questions if some one can help.
1.1 applied for T1 ent extension and get reused in 2 and half months,got refusal on 13 November 2018.Admin Review been submitted 23 November 2018.i came to uk 21 jan 2009,and i believe i can apply for ilr on 23 of December 2018.i need 1 month to reach ILR point.
My question is that how long AR usually take to decide?if AR comes negative,what option i got to reach 10 year?can i use 14 days grace period to apply ILR?suppose if they refuse my AR on 15 december and i apply ILR on 23 december,is my application is valid?

It is difficult to say how long an AR takes.
Yes, if you apply within 14 days of AR refusal, your application is valid

After AR refusal my 3c leave will stop?can HO object that i dont have leave for last 14 days(from refusal day to ILR day).or they will ignore it as it is in 14 days grace periods..what are the rules?

You will be an overstayer after your refusal (or when you apply for ILR(LR) before AR if a decision on AR is not made by then).

Any overstay less than 14 days will be ignored.

If i get negative AR on 8th December,16 days before i am reaching 10 years.what will be my options than?
