If you have lived together for at least two years, then she may apply for an unmarried partners visa in Canada. It may be better if you can prove that the relationship has lasted 4 years.

Alternatively, if she were to marry before applying, then she may apply for a spouse visa.

Alternatively, she may apply for a Fiancé(e) visa. After marriage, apply for FLR(M).

any idea on the cost of applying for marriage visa or fiancee visa?? also cost of ILR visa?? and processing times....also where do I apply?? through my british consulate in ottawa??

Fiancee £500, Spouse/FLR £395, £585 same day, ILR £750, same day £950, citizenship £660 or so.

Not cheap eh!
