Tier 2 visa extension with over 18 year old dependent child

I have to apply for Tier2 General extension next month in Dece 2019 with online application and through new system.

My question is how to Apply with two Tier2 extension online applications (One for me / wife and one dependent & one for over 18 year dependent child) and how to get Biomatric appointment at same time?

Just sharing my experiance if can help some one.

I applied for Tier 2 extension online and still can add all dependent in one application including over 18 child and booked appointment for new system at same time for all.
Thats all.
