I am having a dilemma and not sure how to answer the Medical Treatment Question asked in the Tier 4 General visa Application.
I have been to the UK in 2016 and came back to my home country after I completed my studies. Now I want to come back to the UK for Ph.D. During that period I was both given treatment at the hospital and also went for general treatment to my GP.
I am going to explain my illnesses so that it makes sense.
1. Hospital Treatment: When I went to the UK, as an international student, I went through some blood tests and I was being told that I have latent TB. (means I was only exposed to TB and It was not active). I had 3-4 appointments with the doctors at the hospital and had to do monthly blood tests for 6 months and I was also given free medicines for that period. I am now fully free from that illness Phewwww

2. GP: As a result of the Latent TB, I was all the time anxious and started to have panic attacks because I have never had such kinda illness ever. I was going to see my GP every month and I was paying from my own pocket for Prescriptions every single time I was buying medicines.
PS: I also paid IHS charges while making my visa application.
On the Application, I do not know what treatment should I Include, Makes me worried if I Put GP information or Hospital Treatment. I do not really want my application to be refused based on this Question. If I put GP information, UKBA might think, That I am hiding Latent TB illness information from them which I have no intentions to do so.
Would highly appreciate members' assistance in this regard.
