Dependent ILR

Hi All,

I am in process of applying my wife ILR. She is PBS ( Tier-2 ) dependent. I am on ILR. I have few questions.

: I have fill up SET(O) form for her application. Hope this is correct one but not the SET(M)form.

: Does she have to show financial document ( such as her Bank statement or my statement).

: Do we have to send evidence of cohabitation?

Since HO checklist is not asking for Financial & cohabitation document, so I have excluded these documents so far. Please let me know if i have to add on these documents as well. I have included my BRP and marriage certificate just in case though.

I believe that the guideline requested evidence of cohabitation, although it appears nothing is said about proof of cohabitation using the new system. I will suggest you still provide evidence of cohabitation for the last 2 years. it's easier now that you can just upload a pdf of utility bills, so it will not cost you much to include it.
As for financial, there is no requirement as well but it will be good to include atleast one statement of account either for your wife, yourself or a joint account. And if you want, you can provide statement for both of you.
