EEA FM

Post by MariaM12 » Sat Dec 01, 2018 11:27 am

Hello everyone,

My question is about the application form EEA FM.

Currently, I have an unmarried permanent resident from March 2014 to March 2019. My partner left me in March 2015, I thought that I could apply for Indefinite leave to remain in may 2018 as I have been in the UK for 10 years after I visited 3 different solicitors I realize that it was impossible.

Few months after my eea partner left me, I began a relationship with an eea and we just got married in my country.

Now I am completing the application EEA (FM) we have all the documents, the page 29 (E. other relations ships)

"5.19 Do you or your sponsor currently have another spouse or civil partner, or an unmarried or
a same-sex partner with whom you or they are in a durable relationship?"

I don't know what to answer as I am not in other relationship but my current resident permit was granted due to my unmarried partnership with my ex-partner.

Thanks,

Maria

Answer this question relative to your current marriage to the EEA citizen - so the answer is 'No'.
