Switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 general

Hi,

I am aware that there's already a few discussion on this topic. However Im confused.

On the gov.uk website on the main page under switching to Tier 2 general visa it clearly says that ICT visa issued before April 2010 can be switched to tier 2.

However if I go in the detailed tier 2 guidance( It says its updated in 11/18), it say that cooling off period does not apply on ICT visa issued before April 2011 and can be switched to Tier 2 General visa.

Please can someone shed some light...any

I have ICT short term issued in March 2011, and since then on ICT long term.
Has anyone had any experience in this situation please. Many thanks!!
