Tier 4 Dependant - Query

Hi All,
Good Evening! Could you please help me. Previously I was in Tier 4 and my wife as a tier 4 dependant. Our baby born in UK June 2018. My visa expires on 11th September 2018.
Before I am extending my visa. Due to some reasons, my wife and my baby left the UK on end of August 2018.

Now, I extended my visa. I want to bring my wife and Kid to UK.

My doubt is, whether they both of them need to take TB test or my Wife alone.


Could you please guide me.
