Tier 4 Main (2015-2017)> Tier 4 Dependant (2017-2018 NOW) > Tier 2 General (to apply)

Hi everyone,

I am currently under Tier 4 dependant after switching in the UK from Tier 4 (student) upon graduation when my spouse started her masters. I have been working for more than 12 months in the same company that is considering to apply for my Tier 2 Visa next year.

Can anyone advise if I’m still subjected to restricted COS and the minimum salary or even labour market test? Or is there a workaround given I have graduated with my Tier 4 in the UK.

Thank you very much in advance.
