I have got a job before i finished my studies and recently switched from Tier 4 to Tier 2 exactly 3months ago from today. However, I continued applying for jobs finally managed to get a job what I am looking for. I secured offer letter from one of the top most automotive companies and CoS is in process and I just got graduated last week, previously I switched to Tier 2 using transcripts. I would like to know what salary threshold should be applied to me my new CoS. Being a recent graduate I don't think my new employer will pay me "experienced" salary rate. Any advice please? so that i can discuss with my employer. However, my employer believes that I should be considered as new entrant since I literally graduated in last week of November this year. I have been in my current job only like 3months. Could you please clarify me this, will be grateful. Thanks in advance.
