PO Box and is awaiting collection/delivery :(

Post by ammu28 » Mon Jun 02, 2008 7:12 pm

Hi All,

I have send my FLR to Durham address through Royal Mail Special Delivery on Friday.
The status is "PO Box and is awaiting collection/delivery".

Could anyone say what is happening with my application??

This means that Royal mail has delievered the packet to the PO box BUT as the mail you sent required signatures of the receiving party, Royalmail has left a note with the recepient that there is a packet for them to be signed for and collected. Dont worry it will be picked upsoon by the payment processing office.

Please see below:

What if mail has to be signed for?
If anything has to be signed or paid for, we'll leave an advice card in your PO Box.

How can the payment be deducted when the application is still waiting to be picked up from Royal Mail center / post office??

If you consider yourself highly skilled, think like one.
Before posting a new query, use the search tool to see if it's already been answered.

thank you guys!

The payment took place yesterday  , when i checked my online statement today.
But, the royal mail track & trace still shows
Your item with reference ZVxxxxxxxxxGB has reached its PO Box and is awaiting collection/delivery

i suggest people not to get carried away by royal mail SD track & trace, rather check your statment online

cheers!

I think it worth giving homeoffice call and find the status of your application. Quote your SD tracking number and check whether they posted letter to you. or you can wait till thursady for the letter to show up in the post
