ICT Tier 2 Dependent visa

Hi All,

Probably some of the questions have already been answered but for the most current practice and trend, am asking them together. I have already filed by Tier 2 ICT and awaiting a decision. In the meantime, I want to complete my wife's application and file the same as Tier 2 ICT dependent and have the following questions:

1. Should I wait for a decision on my application and then file for her Visa for it doesn't make any difference on the timing of the filing? What is recommended to get a favourable outcome.

2. I have an A rated sponsor and I would most likely get a letter from the employer stating that maintenance for my spouse would also be covered. Just to be on the safe side, am also looking at the bank statements and her 2 savings accounts together have the required balance of £630 for 90 days. Are two savings account documents usually accepted to determine the maintenance balance?

3. Has anybody only submitted the main applicant CoS for showing that the dependent is covered for maintenance by sponsor?

3. If I file for her application before 19 December 2018, would the IHS surcharge be £200 per year or £400 per year since the Visa request is from 2019 Jan to 2021 Jan?

4. We've been married 5 years and I see a lot of discussion about chats etc to be shown for Visa purposes? In my case, does it seem recommended?
