Hello everyone. I was in uk as in student visa and now i got EEA family visa but when i was in uk i got a loan from bank and i didnt pay and my visa expired and i came back to India but if i go back after 2 and half year as in EEA family visa and found out i have CCJ (county court judgement) debt.. so when if i go back to Uk will it be any issues now? or when i apply for resident permit? I am really stressful if you guys can help it will be really helpful
