Post by elizabeth_2102 » Wed Jun 04, 2008 2:37 pm

I have just got married and now i am applying for FLR (M) i am abit worried as my visa expires at the end of Novemeber which would leave me with five months left on my visa. The application states that I need 6 months will this be a problem?? Can i still apply via post or should i do the premium service??

What visa are you on? Assuming that you married a settled or British person, if you were last admitted with leave to enter/remain for longer than six months, or on a fiance or proposed civil partner visa, (284(i)), then it should be okay for you to apply for FLR(M) now.
