Full refund ihs

Hi everyone. So I don't get this. I applied in january 2018 and still haven't got no reply from home office. Still waiting for decision. But I got a full ihs refund. I'm not sure why or wat this means anyone here that can help me. I've applied for my husband to come from pakistan to UK please help someone

Generally a full IHS refund is an indication of refusal. But it is not always the case. So, please wait for official communication from HO

Do u know how long it takes for home office to make the decision or get back to u after this

I really hope they don't refuse I've waited a year for a decision and would be very harsh if they refuse. Plus my disabled daughter needs her dad
