My child was born in UK in July 2018 and went back to India with his mother (already has Tier 2 dependent visa) in October 2018. Now I am applying for his Tier 2 dependent visa but there are few questions in the Application which I am not sure what to answer. Below are these questions, any help would be greatly appreciated.
1) What would be his Country of residence? Given that my UK home is his residence, is UK correct answer even though he is temporary residing at his grand parents home back in India?
2) What would be his permanent residential address? Again is it going to be same as above and should be UK?
3) In Travel history, it asks "Have you travelled to UK?" Should it be answered as No as he never travelled to UK but was born in UK.
