ILR queries for PBS dependant

Post by Prati22 » Mon Dec 31, 2018 10:07 am

Hi all, I am new to this forum and need some help with my Set O ILR Application. I am a PBS (tier 1 general) dependant applying for ILR as a main applicant on my own(my husband already have ILR) and I've few questions so would appreciate if you can help with the below queries I have.

1) Do you have a valid national identity card? Not sure if I need to tick this as 'No' as we already provide our Indian passport details in the application form.

2) Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth? Not sure if I need to provide details of dates when I was living in India before coming to UK and all short holiday trips to different countries including India I had so far.

3) Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support? -Yes/No? Not sure what to select.

4) Six proofs of cohabitations of last 2 years? I'm not sure about this as I am applying individually on my own and not jointly with my husband. Also, this requirement is not mentioned as supporting docs in the application form.

5) Last 6 months payslip, employer letter and bank statements of mine and my husband? Again, I can't see this requirement as supporting docs in the application form but saw few cases where people submitted these with their applications.

6) Are the super priority appointments easily available? I am planning to book an appointment mid of January.

It would be a great if you could help with my above queries.

Many thanks in advance

Say NO
2) Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth? Not sure if I need to provide details of dates when I was living in India before coming to UK and all short holiday trips to different countries including India I had so far.
Not the holidays, just time lived in India
3) Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support? -Yes/No? Not sure what to select.
Any of the documents in joint names with your partner ? Then say YES and he needs to sign the consent form
4) Six proofs of cohabitations of last 2 years? I'm not sure about this as I am applying individually on my own and not jointly with my husband. Also, this requirement is not mentioned as supporting docs in the application form.
ALL PBS dependants MUST provide this as your visa depends on your subsisting relationship with your husband
5) Last 6 months payslip, employer letter and bank statements of mine and my husband? Again, I can't see this requirement as supporting docs in the application form but saw few cases where people submitted these with their applications.
No need
6) Are the super priority appointments easily available? I am planning to book an appointment mid of January.
Check the UKVCAS system. SUper priority does not mean super quick as far as it seems form applicant's experiences
