IHS refund procedure

Hi All,

I was applying for the Tier 2 dependents visa and had filled all the application details, did IMmigration Health surcharge(IHS) payments.
Also, go to the IHS reference number. LAter before doing the payment for the application, I realised something was wrong in the application and I was not able to edit the same.

So I went and created the new application and paid IHS again and the application fee.

So the question is how to get the refund for the IHS amount paid in the first partially completed application?

I have looked into lots of discussions and have not got any positive response yet.

Thanks for the response, but it does not answer my query.

The refund page does not say anything about the application which is not completed. My case is IHS payment done but application fee not paid.
