Administrative Review Rejected -- 2800 pounds criteria

Post by ravib » Fri Jun 06, 2008 9:50 am

Hi All,

I have applied for an administrative review after the EC refusal due to 3 months maintenace fund criteria ( 2800 pounds ) .

But the result is negative . They are not considering.

So its waste to apply for an administrative review , if your ec is rejected based on the maintenance fund criteria ( 2800 pounds in account for 3 months ).

Regards
Ravi

This is probably the 4th post you have started on the same subject - EC rejection. Any use of starting multiple posts for the same topic, time and again???

Don't you think it would be much more helpful to others if you share your experiences regarding one specific issue in one place itself :?:

You ought to read this.

Hi push_hsmp,

even i feel the same... while making comment , mehta should not use hard language...as if he/she is controlling everything in this forum .. he /she can ex-plain the things in a way that others feel good. this is not the forum to show your personal frustrations. Please let things go and spend your time in a better way , rather than wasting everyones time for this type of useless arguments..

I expect this from you folks , being a senior members in this forum.

Regards
Ravi

Ravi no one is Senior/Junior on this board. We (including you) are here to help. And this is a collective effort.

The members on this board (especially the ones who have been around for long and who are referred to as "senior members") can get a bit agitated when they see the same/slightly different queries being posted as different threads. They are correct in their own right as it is against "their" interpretation of the rules of the board and also as they expect people to do a little bit of search before a query is being posted.

At the same time the member who posts a query does not know anything more important than his/her own application and rightfully so.

But at the end of the day, one has to be balanced - it really helps. So let us not try to aggravate things here. Its in everyone's interest.

Please not that the above suggestion is a general statement and is not a comment on this specific thread/discussion i.e. not meant to be taken personally by any particular member.

cheers :D :D

Looks like you were quite offended with my earlier post. It is quite understandable, given your circumstances so I will take no offence to your strong statements. And offending you was not my intention at all.

But yes, as push_hsmp has suggested, what I was trying to convey is that multiple posts do not help for reasons explained here and, more importantly, people seeking help here will benefit more from your experience(s) if they can find your chain of experiences under one topic. The administrators / moderators have posted that announcement for a reason.

So while you might think that EC rejection, administrative review submission and administrative review decision are three "unrelated" topics for which you have created new posts, but for a potential EC applicant who views this forum for information and advice, it will much more helpful if he can view all this information under one post - why was OP's EC rejected, what did the OP do next, and was the admin. review successful? If so (or otherwise), why ??

But yes, you've every "right" to disagree and still post under different topics. I can only suggest as to how your experiences can help others better, and that's what my intention was in the earlier post.

People like me or push_hsmp or many others like us on this forum do not consider it our "right" to have this opprtunity to help people through this forum. We are here just to extend a helping hand to people like you who are today facing problems and issues that we did some while ago. And through our experiences we can offer you suggestions that might give you a better chance to succeed.

To follow our suggestions or not, is your "right"!

regards
