Dear Members,
I am in the process of applying UK spouse visa for myself. Part of this visa application requirements is to provide the housing report for accommodation.
My father in law lives in housing association apartment of 3 bedrooms, a living room and other units.
They are 3 persons (father, mother and son in law) that they live in the house and my father in law pays for 2 rooms as he is aged over 66.
One of the rooms belongs to my wife which we use it when we go for a visit. And as per the regulation of staying in Overcrowding residential house, we satisfy the requirements.
(3 bedrooms plus living room) number of rooms 4 so the maximum number of people allowed is 7.5.
My concern is: will they accept to stay with them under an apartment owned by the housing association for a period of 2 months until we rent our apartment as we are currently in Dubai? and what are the proper accommodation documents to provide?
Many Thanks in advance.
