Hello admin congratulations and best wishes for the noble service you providing here.
My question is about my wife's further leave to remain..
She came in the UK in April 2011.at present she is working as support worker since last 5 years and her last year p60 from suggest yearly income about£17000 and I am self employed and with monthly income of £812 . I have got my ilr status and our 2.5 year daughter has just received her british passport. My wife gave her grade 5 b1 test and passed. Her current leave to remain finishes 3rd Feb 2019 .
Now my question is.
1)Which category she is eligible to apply for her further leave to remain and

2)considering she gets her further leave to remain extended which could be 2.5 years either way FLR M OR FP she finishes her 10 years by then is she eligible to apply for ILR or she has to extend again upto 5 years or 10 years for FLR M OR FP respectively. .
