Any final advise, parent from pakistain

Post by Phone » Sat Jan 12, 2019 11:39 pm

Hello. I will be going to see a solictor in central london on 22 jan. Regarding my mum coming to uk, she came to uk 4 times , but since 2013, she has been refused 3 times, visa people in pakistain , say she will.not leave uk now..

My British brother sponsered her but all failed.
Now, my self will sppnsor her using eea route, via my french wife, I am her husband, she is working part time, I am working part time, 3 french kids..
I have non eea permit valid march 2020

Financially, British brother very strong, but visa people not accept his sponsor... british brother also suffering from cancer, very critical situation, all medical record can be provided to support mum case.

My self, financially strong, no benefits, no crimanl record, started sending money to mum in pakistain, since august 2018, since father passed away, we have 1 brother in pakistain, but he is not in good terms with mum and with brothers in uk....

What other things I can do to make my mother case strong???

My mother, 3 brother, 1 sisters, plus cousins atleast 50 british relatives in settle in uk, their british passport copies can be attached to support my mum case..

Thank you for advise please.

Your mother needs to prove (with documentary proof) financial dependency on your EEA citizen spouse with regular financial support to meet her (your mother's) basic needs.
I am not a lawyer or immigration advisor. My statements/comments do not constitute legal advice. E&OE. Please do not PM me for advice.
