Email from UK Visa asking for bank statement (Tier 2 general Dependant)

Post by nadiapop2 » Fri Jan 11, 2019 6:33 pm

Dear XXXXX,

Regarding Visa Application: GWFXXXXXX
For: XXXX

The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.

Please provide the following documents:

Bank statements demonstrating that you meet the maintenance requirement.

Please send this document as a scanned attachment within 10 working days to SheffieldDocsRequested.RestofWorld@fco.gov.uk quoting your application reference in the subject line. Please attach the document directly to the email as we are unable to access links to files hosted on sites such as Dropbox™ or Google Drive™.

Dear all.. the above is the 2nd email that I got from visainfo.shefo emailrequesting for additional information on my bank statement. I had my bank statement scanned at the vac in which to my horror, the bank statement is not up to 90 days as I wrongly calculated it (yes i realized it 2 days after my appointment). It should be 90 days from the online application which in my case was 14 dec 2018. the bank issued the last date in the statement as 19 dec 2018 which is 2 days prior to my appointment (appointment on 21 dec). the statement started from 21 Sept 2018 to 19 dec which is 90 days, but i realized it should be immediately before or not later than 30 days from 14 dec instead.

My question is, can i go to Lloyds again and get them print again the bank statement from maybe 1st Aug up to 13 dec 2018 or 30 Nov 2018? this would be a new document at all and different from the 1 they scanned. Please help. i would share with all of you my experience later. :D much thank you

Go to bank again. They will issue new statment within 2 minutes. Please take 6 months statement to avoid any mistake in dates calculation.

I already asked help from my husband to print out 6 months bank statement from online and get them stamped on each page by Lloyds. I am depending on his bank statement. I am not sure Lloyds would do it or not. They refused to issue letter of balance in support of the bank statement I don't understand why. Will update you soon

I have just submitted the bank statements to the email. They gave me an acknowledgment email receipt. Just updating.
