I am South African and soon will be in UK 5 years with my wife which is from Poland.Our son was born last year and my wife came back to work part time in September 2018 (after maternity leave).
She works 14.5 hours a week which I don’t know if it is enough to help my application for Permanent Residence.
Does it matter how many hours she works?

I am employed full time and she takes care of our baby boy.

I am also not sure if we should apply for PR together or not.
As far as we have heard,EU Settlement Status applications will be put in place from March 2019,so should I apply alone then?

Please share your knowledge and experiences in the same situation.
