FLR M extsnsion Question

Hi i have very imp question to ask ..

I have filled online application form for my wife’s extension as spouse ..

But one question is very comfusing ..

Do we need me and my wife’s birth certificates
Or do we only need our son’s birth certificate showing myself and my wife’s name on it ..

Well I came across that new question in my recent online application, i submitted my husbands birth certificate and my age affidavit in place of my birth certificate. my visa appoved with 24hour. Hope that helps

I have received visa recently for my spouse also applied online, you just need to provide your children’s birth certificates showing parent names, and obviously your marriage certificate and passports etc.
