Employment Letter

Hello all,

I have applied for an ILR appointment, but am unsure about the completeness of my employment letter for the following reasons:

1) The letter provides the SOC code and the annual salary rate, but there is no statement that the salary is "at or above the appropriate rate for the job as stated in the codes of practice for Tier 2 sponsors. " In the document checklist, this confirmation is listed as required.

2) Perhaps a minor point: the letter does not have an official stamp on it (it's from a limited company).

Should I chase them for another letter? It took them forever to issue me this letter.
