Hypothetical Scenario

Post by jilly cooper » Sat Jun 07, 2008 10:53 am

This is just a hypothetical scenario.

If the HO will tell say, Your Leave to Remain has been refused because... There's no ground for appeal because...Can you appeal for the right to have an appeal at th AIT if you deemed there are certain loopholes with their decision?

Thanks in advance.

I think what you are asking is if you can appeal outside the normal appeal mechanism and go over their heads.
If the AIT is not the normal appeal route, than yes.
If it is then no. The only appeal you can make within their system if that in fact an appeal is allowed, but not on the merits of their decision.

What loopholes do you mean? You have been working illegaly for many years & your leave has been curtailed perfectly correctly because you are no longer working for your employer that has a work permit for you.

Has your fresh application been refused? If so, what are the reasons they gave?
