T2 sponsor switch help

Hi All,

I am planning to switch my T2 general employer. Got COS and all other info needed to be filled in the application.

The confusion is which form to fill? Tier 2 extension? Or is there another form for employer switch?

Can anyone please paste the link to the form here?

Thanks, I am planning to use 10 day priority service. Can i apply for it using the same link?

for 10 days service you need to use the new system I guess.

It is not clear in the gov.uk website about which form to use.
I came across this link:

which looks like I have to apply for new visa with new sponsor.
Is there anyone here who has done this before ? Seniors, spare a thought?
