Uk t1 extention

Hi friends
My extention is due in may 2019
I have generate the business and everything was fine but immidiately Hsbc bank have close my account due to safeguard.they have sent me letter by post and due to office changing i didnot received them.i have trading business and money come from dubai because my most of clints based in dubai.now really worried any one guide me what to do in this sinario


My 2nd concern is this that 1st year we have made little profit .but 2nd year we have lost.so its is compulsory that i have put all director salaries back in the account because company was in loss
Kindly clarify

Solve the issues with HSBC to get the account open or open an account with another bank. You need an UK business bank account to meet the requirements.
As long as your salary withdrawals has not exceed your sales, you should be ok

Thanx but i already apply in santander bank they have open the account but restricted that this account cannot be used for money from dubai
I again tried with Hsbc they have took the application but asked for waiting
So too worried
Also 2nd year our sale is low then our expences so i have to deposit back 1 year salary
Plz clarify we are in 200k route
I have my business in dubai as well so i can get the money from that business kindly clarify how i deposit it back

Since you have a business bank account in Santander, that meets the requirement.

I can't help with transferring money from Dubai - banks have their own regulations. But I assume you can transfer to your personal bank account and move it to your business account locally. But I am no expert on this.
